Calling all Educators: Our 2026 Application is Now Open
PMAGC is hosting a Watch Party, where we gather to watch a 72 minute horticultural webinar with a brief discussion afterwards. Movie style snacks will be on hand.
Sunday, March 29, 2026
2-3:30 PM
The Hills at Paxton Village - 260 Grove St.
Free & open to the public.
About the Webinar: All too often in our gardens and landscapes, we think of static compositions of carefully placed and managed plants. But our approach can be more dynamic—and arguably more rewarding than that — by taking advantage of plants’ natural abilities to reproduce and proliferate. Learn how to design gardens that consider the reproductive abilities of plants, the ecological processes that affect those plants, and the wildlife that those plants can support. Drawing from 35 years of observation and analysis on his home property, Larry will show how this interactive approach can result in experientially rich, easily managed landscapes that give new meaning to the phrase “partnership with nature".
This webinar was free and sponsored by Wild Ones: Native Plants, Natural Landscapes.
Step back a century and explore the charm and practicality of 1920s gardens. Members of the Worcester Garden Club (WGC) will share historic images, period insights on popular plants of the era, the influence of formal layouts and the rise of local garden clubs.
Sponsored by the Paxton Garden Club in honor of RML's 100th anniversary.
