We are very happy you are interested in joining/rejoining the PMAGC as an active member!
Volunteerism:
We are a very active club and we love to work together! PMACG is only as strong as its members who participate. We count on your hands, your ideas and your support to help us accomplish our goals!
We offer several volunteer opportunities; some examples include: helping maintain our gardens and planters around Paxton, joining a subcommittee, working our plant sales (June/Nov), being a greeter at a meeting/event, staffing our booth at Paxton Days, writing thank you notes, and more.
Active Membership Expectations:
To participate as a volunteer at least once during the membership year
To attend at least one Business meeting (July, Sept., Jan., March)
To participate in our programs (lectures, DIYs, field trips, community events) during the membership year
Dues:
We offer three (3) membership levels: Senior $15; Single $20; Family/Couple $35
$9.70 of each membership fee ($19.40/couple) goes to the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts to maintain our 501(c)(3) non-profit status & liability insurance.

From Horticultural learnings, DIY workshops, to Volunteer opportunities, passes to Tower Hill, Adult scholarship, 10% discount at Howes in Paxton, Monthly newsletter and so much more; PMAGC has something for everyone.
Advanced notice & signup of programs & events
Invitations to private club-only events (holiday gathering 1st Sat. in December and Annual Meeting at the end of May)
Discount on DIY program fees (some are free)
Monthly Newsletter (sent via email only)
Voting privileges at the quarterly business meetings
Adult Scholarship for horticultural education
10% Discount on Living Plants only at Howe's Farm & Garden in Paxton with PMAGC Membership card (exclusions apply: not valid on food items, cut flowers, cemetery boxes, wreaths, pumpkins, Xmas trees etc.)
Access to Tower Hill Botanical Gardens membership passes. The PMAGC holds a garden club membership to Tower Hill Botanical Gardens. Learn more and reserve passes here.
Benefits that are available through our affiliate membership with The Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts, Inc.
As a member of PMAGC members are also members of The National Garden Club
To become a member please complete the online membership form. (FY26-27 form will open in June). Please note this membership will expire on June 30.
