Watch Wild About Wildflowers with Eric Howe, our first public seminar held Fall 2022

Eric M. Howe has earned a B.S. in molecular biology from the University of Colorado (1989), an M.B.A. from Indiana University (1992), a M.A.T. in biology from Colgate University (1999), and a Ph.D. in science education from Western Michigan University (2004). His primary interests involve teaching and researching the efficacy of lessons that incorporate the history and philosophy of science, with an emphasis on improving students’ nature of science perspectives. For seventeen years, he was an Associate Professor of Science Education at Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Eric has authored eight academic research articles and ten books, the latter including two reflective naturalist journals about the small New England town of Paxton, MA.
